The Role

In the role of senior consultant within Executive Advisory, you are both an expert and a business-driven leader. You will belong to a small unit of senior generalists with strong expertise primarily in cybersecurity but also in areas such as security protection, strategic analysis, business development, management, etc. You will have the freedom to shape your role, influence our services, and build long-term partnerships based on your skill profile.

Your Expectations:

• Drive your own customer business - from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Secure workload for yourself and others through proactive work.
• Lead and support clients in designing and realizing cybersecurity efforts.
• Advise decision-makers in cybersecurity, for example, by identifying the current situation, assessing risk, designing strategies, and linking security to business value.
• Drive and work on complex projects for clients with high security requirements.

In your role, you will work closely with our most significant clients in sectors such as defense, industry, finance, energy, and infrastructure - actors that are crucial for the country's defense and societal security. Your work is central to integrating cybersecurity with business goals and strategies. You will also collaborate with other units at Combitech to create and deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who combines deep cybersecurity expertise with business acumen and leadership. We believe you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably from critical societal operations.
• Documented experience in business development and client responsibility.
• Interest in and experience working as a full-time consultant.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and create results.
• Experience leading teams and driving complex projects.
• One foot in technology and the other in business.
• Good ability to build relationships and communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• A social, humble, and unpretentious approach and a willingness to collaborate to achieve common goals.

Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCP, etc.) and experience with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, CMMC are meritorious. Previous roles as CISO, CIO, CSO, or management consultant in cybersecurity are particularly interesting.

The location is primarily Stockholm or Linköping, but other locations may be relevant for the right candidate.

As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with background check.
